Believe isn’t just a trending hashtag, it’s a way of life for successful people. Self-belief, confidence and the ability to pick yourself up when you fall isn’t just motivational lingo.
As a Career Coach, I have a rewarding, interesting and challenging career. But, it isn’t easy. Helping you tap into your inner self-worth, tackle your career goals and find a career path you love isn’t as simple as telling you what to do. There’s more to it than meets the eye. Finding a clear path to success requires belief, an “I can” state of mind and complete participation from you. I don’t have a magic wand that makes everything better, but I can help you find your way – if you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone and push yourself.

Whether I’m coaching you on career progression, leadership, salary negotiation, relocation decisions, job searching or interview preparation, the constant in each coaching session is YOU.
You’re the key to your success or failure. You can’t advance professionally or develop further unless you’re all in.
What does being all in mean?
Simple; believe in yourself and dedicate yourself to improving.
Believing In Yourself Is The Secret Sauce To Success
Something I hear from clients struggling with finding their voice and believing in their abilities is “I don’t want to seen arrogant”. Trust me, there’s a huge difference in arrogance and believing in yourself. Arrogance will cause you to fail and struggle as a professional, while self-confidence and believing in yourself will take you miles; because when you believe, others will too.
When you’re confident in your abilities, your skills and yourself, the rest falls into place. Confidence is contagious and your peers will respond favorably when you’re confident and perform at a high level. You’ll feel better at work, your professional capital will increase. The harder you work, the more respect you’ll receive from your peers, the more visible you’ll become to leadership, the more confident you will be and success will naturally follow. Basically, you’ll find that as you “buy in” to your self-worth, others will too and that compound effect will continue to grow, along with your confidence.
But, don’t count on self-worth coming from external sources or other people. Remember, it all begins with YOU.
You have to love yourself before true success will come. When you start believing in yourself, challenges at work will become easier, your confidence will rise and crushing goals like a boss will become part of your daily to-do list! If you are struggling professionally and you’re ready to hit reset, reach out. I’d love to help you find professional happiness! Until then, believe in yourself, keep trying and always Be Amazing! – Jeanna
